Complete Southfield Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Southfield, MI. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, flatwork, stamped concrete, retaining walls, concrete cutting, and related services in southeast Michigan.
All services are subject to a signed agreement or written authorization betweenComplete Southfield Concrete and the customer before work begins. This website is for informational purposes and to facilitate initial contact only.
Estimates provided by Complete Southfield Concrete are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs differ from what was assumed at the time of the estimate.
A written estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a formal agreement or work order. Verbal estimates are not binding.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during work - such as buried obstructions, unstable soil, or pre-existing damage not visible during the estimate - we will notify you before proceeding with any work that would change the scope or cost.
Project scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, and permit approval timelines. Concrete work cannot be performed in freezing temperatures or during certain weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather or other conditions outside our control, and we will provide reasonable notice when this occurs.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made after a permit has been pulled or materials have been ordered may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your written agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in each written agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project or as specified in the agreement.
Invoices not paid within the time stated in the agreement may be subject to late fees. Complete Southfield Concrete reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project where payment obligations have not been met.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of each project.
Where a permit is required for the work being performed, Complete Southfield Concrete will obtain the necessary permits on behalf of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are typically passed through to the customer and will be disclosed in the written estimate.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the property complies with any applicable homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or easements that may affect the planned work. Complete Southfield Concrete is not responsible for violations of HOA rules or private restrictions.
Complete Southfield Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with the specifications outlined in the written agreement. Any warranty specific to labor or materials will be stated in the written agreement for each project.
Concrete is a natural material and is subject to minor cracking over time, particularly in climates with freeze-thaw cycles like southeast Michigan. Minor hairline cracking that does not affect structural integrity is not covered by any labor warranty.
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, Complete Southfield Concrete makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complete Southfield Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the services provided.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability - contract, tort, or otherwise.
